Brandon earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration from the University of Washington. Brandon is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience holding significant accounting, finance, and operational responsibilities for both public accounting firms and privately owned companies. Brandon’s core strengths and experience include Internal Control Design and Implementation, Month-end Close, Budgeting and Year-end Audit Planning and Execution.

On a personal level Brandon is a big sports fan. His three favorite sports are Husky and Seahawks Football and Mariner Baseball. Brandon also loves to travel with his significant other, Wendy, and some of their favorite destinations include California Wine Country, Maui, Las Vegas and Italy.

Ken earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration from the University of Washington. Ken is a CPA and began his career in public accounting, serving 12 years as a business assurance (i.e. auditor) Senior Manager in the Seattle office of Moss Adams LLP. He worked with clients across many industries, with a primary focus on Manufacturing & Distribution, High Technology and Employee Benefit Plans.

Subsequent to his tenure at Moss Adams LLP, Ken moved into private industry and worked as Senior Director of Finance at a fast-paced Company that designs and manufactures missional critical communications equipment for public safety, transportation and utilities markets. In his 13+ years in this role, Ken was responsible for all accounting, finance, and contract functions, including overseeing finance teams in the UK and Australia subsidiary offices. Ken was responsible for accurate and timely reporting to the publicly traded foreign-owned Parent of the Company.

When not doing accounting work, Ken enjoys spending time with his wife Kelly, their two young, college aged daughters, and their golden retriever. As a lifelong resident of the greater Seattle area, Ken is a big supporter of the local sports teams, with his biggest passion being an avid fan of the Washington Husky Football Team.
